We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To complete your return, you must provide proof of purchase, along with your order number and the product serial number (SN).

Returned items must be in their original condition, including all accessories, attachments, and undamaged packaging materials; otherwise, the return may not be approved.

SunnyWhale will process your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

SunnyWhale offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products purchased directly from SunnyWhale.net (excluding distributor sales).

If you place a pre-order and your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation before dispatch. Once approved, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Coverage:
SunnyWhale will refund the original purchase price of the product in full. Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees, payment processing fees, and other related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to an error by SunnyWhale (e.g., damaged/defective product or incorrect item shipped), SunnyWhale will cover all return shipping costs.

For returns initiated for non-defective or non-company-error reasons (such as a change of mind or accidental order), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and any related costs.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for gift cards or other virtual/digital products.
Warranty Policy
After the 30-day return window, your purchase is still covered by our after-sales support and product warranty services.
