Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of SunnyWhale™, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

📆This is an ongoing monthly giveaway with no set end date. A new drawing is held each month. SunnyWhale reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Entry Period

Monthly Entry Window: Each calendar month constitutes a separate entry period. Product registrations received within the calendar month are eligible for that month's drawing.

One (1) entry per household per month. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Late or prior-month registrations still activate your product warranty but are not eligible for the current month's drawing.

Prize

Monthly Prize: One (1) winner per month receives a pool supplies, parts, or accessories package with an approximate retail value (ARV) of at least $25. Exact prize contents may vary by month. No cash equivalent; non-transferable. U.S. shipping only. All applicable taxes are the winner's sole responsibility.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner is selected at random by SunnyWhale within the first seven (7) business days following the close of each monthly entry period. Odds of winning depend on total eligible entries received during that month.

Privacy

Winner List

The name and state of residence of each monthly winner is available upon written request sent to: SunnyWhale, 732 S 6TH ST, STE R, Las Vegas, NV 89101, USA, within 60 days of the applicable drawing date.

Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. By entering, participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada for any disputes arising from this promotion.
